I contacted the original owner of the horse and Crysta had yet to pay her. Do not deal with her, you will regret it."

"I have nothing but fantastic things to say regarding my experience with Crysta. I purchased a horse from her sight unseen and had her shipped to Missouri. She took detailed photos of her before she loaded to make the trip, as well as the tack that was coming with her. Crysta was super accommodating with me needing to keep her there after the purchase while we had to wait for shipping. I got daily updates regarding her care while she was there and under my ownership. It was so refreshing! From start to finish the experience exceeded my expectations. What was described to me from corks, to size, to temperament was spot on. She was honest and upfront through the entire process. I am beyond happy with my new horse and Crysta is still in contact with me if I have any questions and to check in on our progress. I actually received messages on social media warning me about working with her after I posted the announcement of the purchase of the horse. I can honestly say that any information given to me as a “warning” was not my experience at all. I can honestly say that it was probably THE best seller I’ve worked with. I had no issues, no concerns, and no problems. I will absolutely be using Crysta again if I need to purchase another horse. If you want an honest seller that gives you the good and bad, Crysta is your girl. I’m incredibly happy with my new horse, and it was a 5* experience for me!"
