The English Language & Culture Institute (ELCI) is located at 300 Stadium Drive North in Monmouth, Oregon, United States. With three center locations, we are one big ELCI family offering all classes in-person! Our small class sizes, with a maximum of 15 students, ensure that you receive personalized attention to help you succeed in reaching your language goals.
At ELCI, we offer English classes tailored to fit your specific needs and goals. Our group programs and study tours not only help you learn English but also allow you to explore American culture like never before. We are dedicated to helping our students continue their education beyond language school, with a Pathway Program that offers conditional admission to top-ranked universities.
Established in 1986, ELCI has been instrumental in helping international students from around the world succeed in American high schools and universities. Our partnership with Linn-Benton Community College in Albany, Oregon, has further strengthened our commitment to student success. In 2020, we expanded to Salt Lake City, Utah, providing another safe and vibrant location for students to learn and explore.
At ELCI, we provide individualized attention to each student, with teachers who know you by name and support you every step of the way. Our positive learning environment encourages growth through real-life examples, diversity, and fun weekly activities. We strive to connect students on their journey through language and culture, serving as a beacon of culture, language, and love.
