"Bought a Hero ebike from these guys 15 months ago, 400 miles of hard use on the Oregon Beach (sand and salt) bike has been excellent. I have replaced some parts due to saltwater corrosion not the bikes fault. I have received excellent customer service and support from them. They have been great for upgrades and needed parts. Steve has gone out of his way to call back to see if upgrades have worked. I have talked to Tony the owner and he also has helped with customer support.
