"Not a real service; they show up when they want to. Depend on this “shuttle” at your own peril, you will be stranded in the rain. Bus was due at 10:15 in downtown Walla Walla, I arrived at 10, waited til 10:30; no bus. Do tax dollars pay for the Grape Line? If so, well…par for the course."

"Great way to travel to and from walla walla to pasco Washington. You can get to the airport or train station in good shape and for 15.00 buck each way."

"Spoke with a supervisor supposedly today, on 6/7/20 I was waiting for the bus in pasco I arrived at 9:20 and the bus wasnt due until 9:45. I sat there for 2.5 hours waiting and the bus never showed up. Apparently the supervisor was the driver that morning and said he was there and that he didnt see anyone. He said if you lived in walla walla I'd offer you a free ride ticket but since i live in kennewick theres not much he could do. I was going to walla walla to celebrate my daughters 1 year birthday before I have surgery. (So all in all the supervisor basically called me a liar and that he couldn't help me. )"

"Grapeline is a great way to get to the tri cities and the price is $15 bucks each way which is not bad and they make 3 trips during the day to and from the tri cities and there's plenty of seating area in the van and You are allowed one carry on baggage and theres even an area for bigger things. Grapeline drivers are pilot and understanding and helpful. You sign a paper when you get on the van and pay the driver. Grapeline is a Fabulous way to travel it goes to the greyhound station in the tri cities and to the airport in the tri cities."
