"Recently I purchased a used, high end handgun. The salesperson said it came with three magazines. The carry case only had two magazines in it when I got home. I contacted the owner of Santiam Buyers and got no response. After a written request I received a magazine with a negative note attached which basically suggested that I was untruthful. I mailed the magazine back to Santiam Buyers. The poor customer service and attitude toward customers has eliminated the possibility of a positive recommendation."
