"I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service person before. I needed some shipping labels & a handful of photos printed. I provided the lady with 4 different ways to print each item (whatever was the easiest for her), PDF, JPEG, Google Docs, and Word doc. She expressed that she was upset that I did not explain in detail how I wanted things printed over my email. I explained that I wanted to see what type of paper she had in person first for the photos. This really upset her. Apparently, you should already know what kind of paper they offer before getting copies. I asked to see a few paper options. She said I was taking too long and that she was going to help the people behind me. My interaction with her was less than 5 minutes before I was deemed too much of a hassle. She proceeded to help three other people who showed up after me and actually took about the same time as I did to ask questions and pay for their items. I waited patiently. After she was done, she printed out my shipping labels and cut off part of one of the labels. I offered to send her the label in a different format. She became irate, raised her voice, and complained about how much of an inconvenience I was. Mind you I am 7 months pregnant, swollen, exhausted, & had patiently waited for 3 people to be served behind me because 4 prints were too much for her to handle without yelling at me about how much of an inconvenience I was. I paid and left crying as she continued to say unbelievably rude things towards me. What a horrible experience. As a local artist/photographer who gets prints done regularly, I will never go here again."
