"The presumed owner was pretty short with me, and grouchy. I was excited to see probably 10,000+ primers on his shelves, but got a buzzkill when he said limit 200 AND $15/100 primers. That’s insane!!! Seems like he’s not interested in selling them, probably moreso just in showing off his supply. If they were reasonably priced, he wouldn’t be sitting on thousands and thousands of them. Drove further up the coast to Cannon Beach and found a shop that sold me 1,000 of CCI #300 for $65! Reloaders beware: Richard’s Gun Shop is not there to supply you, unless you want to pay 200% of the typical pandemic-era prices."
"Helpful but not friendly. Charged me $55 for a shotgun choke I could have bought for less than $20 that day on Amazon. He claimed that's how much it would cost to replace but Amazon had them in stock. He's taking advantage of folks and hard times, even more so than big box stores."
"From John M. Superb reblueing work on The barrels of a 65 year old Merkel for a very reasonable cost. This was highly detailed and skilled work to apply the Belgian rust blueing process and also involved the removal of tiny engraved screws which had rusted in place."
