Gentle House

"I had my wedding here last year. It was gorgeous. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and you can get some great shots. The price for the day was so much cheaper than all of those other places in the area that are charging an arm and a leg. Only down side was they charged extra to add an extra day to rehearse and to set up before the wedding. So we decorated before the wedding and tore down after, and paid for an extra day to rehearse. The time frame was a little short as well, but we made it work. Definitely reccomend regardless"

"This venue was underwhelming to say the least. But the price was right and we had (or so we thought) booked a day for our wedding. When I emailed to ask for details I was sent a reply saying that "due to unforeseen circumstances" they wouldn't know if they would book weddings for the following year until Sumner. I have yet to hear back or have any idea if we would have been able to actually get married here. Thankfully we found a beautiful venue in our price range and were able to book our prefered date."

"A Lovely historic home with wonderfu flowers,l trees and grape arbour. excellent space for the wedding I attended. Weather was perfect for outside ceremony and reception, but had it rained there was ample room inside for it too."

"A good historic building with beautiful grounds. Perfect for weddings and other events with a great kitchen. There isn't much space inside, so It's worth touring to make sure it's a good fit for your event if you might need to move inside."
