"You own your trailers they do not rent them out some people get confused by that and look for rentals. Trudy was a great owner of the park. There is a new owner now and he's been great, really trying to clean the place up as far as people. Neighbors for the most part try and watch out for each other, just of course don't want drugs etc around."
"The location is good there's a Bar around the corner a little market and gas around the corner Safeway down the street the landlords aren't to bad and the price is fair"
"I give it 5 stars cuz most people won't go there. And if you do, don't plan on sleeping. My aunt is extremely loud and yells at her downsyndrom dog allll night and day and night"
