"The neighbors are very disrespectful in every way possible, and filling out reports forms doesn't seem to make any difference, and the walls are way too thin and not enough insulation and every time I turn on the heater I can hear the neighbors even louder so I do believe that the heater is all connected p together and this place is driving me insane! I can't wait till my least is up, the day I can get out of the contract I'm leaving and don't care if I don't find another place to live I'll become homeless again!"
