"Does not allow WINDOW a/c units for "aesthetics". Expect to pay more for electricity and to struggle cooling your apartment with a floor unit that cost 3x as much. Get your deposit back? Probably not after the floor unit leaks into your neighbors apartment. What a joke. Go anywhere else and youll likely save when you consider your a/c will run 24/7 here. No thanks. Edited for the manager that can't read. They don't allow WINDOW A/C units. Floor units require 2 to 3 times the energy a window unit uses. That means additional costs for a less affective and less efficient unit. You are forcing customers to spend more.. I'll wait for the new apartments popping up since every other apartment allows WINDOW a/c units."
