"Moved in to the Caliente here a month ago. Beautiful home and layout. Very spacious. The parking is great, we have had no issues finding street parking and all 4 of us have a car. The area is great, and I really love OC. It feels really safe over here, and pretty much everything you need is right around the corner, with a really nice Winco being right down the street. Everyone around seems really nice as well. Management has been nothing but wonderful. We had a few small maintenance things we needed fixed when we first moved in, and they were so freakin quick to fix it all, and the maintenance guy was great. We’re on the street facing the school which can be pretty loud in the mornings in the master bedroom. If you happen to get one of these houses, I recommend a white noise machine or something to block out all of the car/bus/ kids noise in the mornings. No big deal :) 2 for 2 on CTL management locations!"

"Steep pricing, for the price I should have several amenities to enjoy, I should have several options for complimentary things. If I knew before that rent was going to increase every year I would’ve made another choice. Good thing I’m buying several properties and will be able to finally live comfortably."

"While the maintenance team at this apartment complex is fantastic, I've had to call maintenance more times in the 6 months I've lived here then I have in the 10 years I've lived in apartments. The quality of materials they use to build and repair this place are the most subpar I've ever experienced. When we first went to take a tour, we were told we could only see the model unit even though it was a different bedroom size and the unit we wanted was vacant. I feel almost conned into moving here. I was told that the color scheme would be the same, including the walls. I'm almost positive I remember crown molding in the model unit. I was given a paper floor plan of the layout I would be receiving and it was incorrect. I was ready to just write off the deposit and not even move in when I finally got my keys and was able to see the apartment, but my family wanted to move that day. If you want to lease here, demand to see your unit. They will try to trick you with the model. Now we have an incredibly loud upstairs neighbor and when I try to contact the office they don't even respond to my emails. We definitely will not be renewing our lease, and I wish I signed a shorter one. All that being said, when something breaks, which it will multiple times per week, maintenance will be there within 30 minutes most of the time. That is the only reason that I'm not giving one star. *EDITED TO ADD* Adding one star because I did get a response to my email after my follow-up email. I appreciate them dealing with the neighbor. The problem has ceased."
