"Literally would give this zero starts if I could. Do not move into apartment 5, the people above are loud, rude and you will constantly hear screaming and stomping. Anytime we asked for things to quiet down, it was always met with either hostility or just ignoring us. We were woke up in the middle of the night through out the entire year, with either more fighting, or what sounded like bowling balls being dropped on our ceiling. They are related to the property management so nothing ever got done. When we toured the place it wasn't clean, and when we moved in it wasn't cleaned properly. Because of covid nothing else was open so we had no choice. And I figured I could clean well enough, what I didn't realize and couldn't take care of, were the fleas that had infested the place. The entire place is outdated and falling apart, there's no fans anywhere, even in the bathroom, so have fun with all the mold growing. We left this place cleaner then how we got it. And while waiting for our deposit check, it hadnt arrived after two weeks. I emailed again, didnt get a response and had to call multiple times. Only to find out they sent it to the wrong address. Good luck."

"Cascade property management is a joke. The owner is a lier and a thief and the on site manager is as unprofessional as any one could be. 4 days to get a plumber to my apartment is unacceptable. The unit I live in was not repaired before I moved in and it took 2 years to get one to show up and he butchered it big time.i would not recommend anybody to even drive by.The fair Housing Act is not really a thing at Drinker Creek. I"

"Children in the parking lot frequently antagonise guests and residents. One example, I gave a pair of children on a scooter the right of way, and after not going they cut in front of my car staring at me."

"Onsite management is great, the management company not so great. Very rude and unprofessional. Makes rules but doesn't follow through unless he doesn't like you. Threatens to evict for stupid reasons when many other tenants are breaking the same rule. Discriminates if your disabled. Don't live here. Management does his best to fix these up but is boss who owns them keeps them run down and they shouldn't even be lived in til they have had a lot of upgrades."

"These apartments aren't fit to live in. Nothing gets fixed. Management doesn't open the laundry facilitates on time. Maintenance sets his own hours. The office is open Monday - Thursday, 10am - 5pm. I don't recommend anyone move here. I'm ashamed to live here. Looking forward to the day that I can move."
