"Perfect little place! The layout was awesome for our 3 year old and us. All the kitchen utinsels we could need. Close access (within 30 mins) to all sorts of fun stuff to the north and south. Ripleys believe it or not, the Oregon aquarium, sea lion caves, countless shops and restaurants (including one you can literally eat with the sea lions). The beach was perfect and secluded, we didnt see hardly any other people on the beach. I definitely will be staying here again!"

"Renting from Jeff was super easy. Sea Breeze Suites is located on the south end of town in Waldport, Oregon right off the highway so finding it is easy and its so centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. It is a 4 plex and we stayed in the Alsea Suite #1 (lower). We were pleasantly surprised to find a brand new TV (complete with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc...), new dishes in the kitchen. The heating working EXTREMELY well. You can go out front or open your window and hear the ocean at night. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and we felt safe. The unit is clean (very important to us). We loved making our own meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Having a hot shower. Being able to watch any movie we wanted after dark and our feet were sore from beachcombing. It was a very enjoyable coast visit and we will be back! Thank you Jeff, talk to you soon to hopefully book another adventure on the Oregon Coast for my 50th birthday!"
"Nice little place close to the beach that was just perfect for two people. Everything worked for cooking with lots of dishes/pots and pans. The few things we had issues with we worked out with Jeff, the owner. Centrally located on the Oregon coast so you can spend part of your stay exploring the north half and then the south half of the coast."
"We really enjoyed our experience here! My wife, myself, and our 5 kids came along for the journey! Jeff was great to work with us on being able to extend our stay and also in giving insight into local places to visit. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was a perfect distance away for our family. We really enjoyed our time at the ocean as well as the calm nature of the condo."
