"why do the dental assistances have a better bed side manner than the dentist herself? these are children, they need warm inviting energies and comfort. I've never met a dentist that wasn't made of complete stone. my son is phobic of the dentist this makes every experience traumatizing and hard. pediatricians carry themselves a certain way that make children feel at ease and less worried, they literally put on a little voice and a big ol' smile. but this woman was cold not very attentive to my son and his special needs/phobias, it really felt like she was in a rush to get us in and outta there, my son moves a lot and she wasn't doing the best of job making sure my son was keeping the gas on and in a position he would actually be taking in the gas, she get so focus on teeth a forgets the teeth are connected to a human child, she talks more to her assistants than my son. as well as snapped at her assistants in our presents. a bit patronizing. assistance are always kind, attentive, and clearly love children."
