Before I saw her I got acupuncture done by a different therapist and had a very anxiety provoking experience and never wanted to do it again. When I met with Natalie she suggested we could try it again and was/still is very accommodating. The first few times I asked if she could stay in the room and if I could listen to my audio book or podcast and she of course said yes.
