"Preface: I'm a 38 year old who started having lower back pain in my late twenties and have since undergone two discectomy surgeries in my mid thirties. Prior to my lower back injuries, I played various sports throughout my life and was an avid weightlifter. Pre, and post, surgeries I worked with a multitude of physical therapists in an effort to prevent/recover from injury. In every instance I received lukewarm results. Understandingly, the industry caters to an older age demographic that has different goals and capabilities then I have. Because of this, I found the therapists to lack expertise and unable to prescribe treatment plans that were personalized to my specific goals as a still very active person. Performx Physical Therapy was the antithesis of these prior experiences. From day one Dalton demonstrated a knowledge base and expertise unparalleled, coupled with excellent communication skills, and an inspiring demeanor. Within a week I saw noticeable improvements to all the goals I had set. At three months into the program I was doing things I hadn't been able to do since I was in my twenties. For all ages, I know Dalton/Performx Physical Therapy would meet your expectations - but where I would especially recommend his services would be for kids participating/planning to participate in high school athletics. Whether your child is recovering from a sustained injury or simply wants to athletically improve themselves, Dalton/Performx Physical Therapy is well worth the investment. I am so thankful for finding Dalton/Performx and couldn't recommend them more."

"I was dealing with a three-year thumb pain on both hands. It had been reviewed and diagnosed as arthritis which I knew was not the case given the symptom manifestation over a very short period of time and it did not respond to arthritis relief remedies. Just before coming to Performx, I additionally developed rotator cuff and shoulder pain. It was very difficult finding someone who would listen with intent to my symptoms and work with me to resolve them at the source level. I was given interventions (pills and supports) to DEAL WITH IT. Dalton took the time to listen to my symptom litany, perform some movement tests, ask about my fitness regimen, timelines and possible sources of the issues. Once identified as lack of range of motion, weakness and misalignment of joints, a clear plan of action was developed and updated as I made progress in pain reduction and movement. I found communication to be efficient, thoughtful and empathetic. The True Coach app was easy to use and communicate changes, improvements, videos and concerns. Dalton was prompt in his responses which was encouraging and professional. Dalton’s confidence in resolution and deep knowledge of body mechanics is evident in his approach and layman’s explanation. I want to know the “why” and he was always able to explain the why and what to expect next. I was elated when I no longer had daily pain in my thumbs and could use my can opener! I am able to lift my arm above my head without pain. I have a little more mobility work to do on my shoulder, but I am sure it will resolve soon based on the treatment plan. I can complete all my CrossFit movements without pain zingers and tears. As an instructor, I can now demonstrate movements without pain or restrictions in my thumbs. I am not hesitant to use my thumbs for all my life tasks, which are many during the day. I am grateful Dalton came across my life path to give me back mobility and confidence so I am not destined to live with debilitating pain on a daily basis. I recommended Dalton to several of my friends who have injuries and they are starting to see results that seemed out of reach. You have nothing to lose with his consultation service. It might change your life!"

"Best physio I've come across in my life! I was dealing with a severe shoulder issue with bicep tendon impingement for over a year and nothing I did improved it. I did the usual standard exercises to "strengthen" the rotator cuff etc. but I was doing these things aimlessly, to no improvement whatsoever. My friend got me onto Dalton who showed a positive attitude, keen interest and excellent knowledge in the issue right away. On top of that, we're doing online only as I live across the pond which means he absolutely needs to know what he's doing, which he does. It was only after a couple of sessions with Dalton that I felt improvement, after which I was excited to see further improvements. I'm pretty much back to 100% now but we won't stop there, we're going to push the limits of mobility, strength and resilience. I'm far more confident with my shoulder now at work and in my sport. Can't wait to keep progressing and getting stronger!"

"I started working with Dalton a month ago after shoulder dislocation. He came highly recommended by a friend. This was the 6th dislocation and I felt I had exhausted any ways of rehabbing the shoulder having worked with top physios in the UK over the years. Due to my work as s&c coach and my free time activities, which include climbing, BJJ etc I need the shoulder to be able to withstand forces at extreme angles. Prior to working with Dalton, I felt that despite all the physio I was doing, my shoulder still felt vulnerable which in turn made me avoid certain positions etc. Dalton’s approach to strengthening the shoulder is completely different to what I experienced before. It actually is the first time when I feel confident I will be able to go back to climbing and BJJ and stay injury free. Even only after 1 month of us training online, I feel the stability and strength have massively improved. Dalton is a phenomenal physiotherapist, who has a great understanding of how to help people to fully return to sport. I will certainly recommend him to all the athletes I work with. 6⭐️"

"Prior to seeing Dalton I was dealing with major shoulder issues from a prior separated AC joint and also my hip as well from just years of bad lifting and then Jiu-Jitsu and MMA on top of that didn’t help with either injury. I’d always look up videos for things to do for either of them and could never really pinpoint the actual issue. After years of dealing with these issues I got in contact with PerformX and it has been the greatest help working with him. I drive over an hour and a half just to get out to him and let me tell you it’s worth every penny and every mile. He was a very important part in this last fight camp I had and I intend to work with him every single one."
