"After having been a patient of Dr. Keith White at Monmouth/Independence Family Medicine for 20 years, I was placed with the newly minted family physician Dr. Terrell Glenn. The contrast in patient care, bedside manor, and ability to cogently explain the medical reasoning for his treatment plan (or lack thereof) could not be more stark. What used to be the finest family care facility I have ever seen has now been reduce to what I would term factory care on his watch. After explaining a need I had that was directly correlated with the reason I came, I was given several different excuses why he could not address the issue at that appointment. Mind you, that was after he had already spoken with me about it, and attempted to explain his reasoning. After sharing my opinion, he once again looped back to his "we don't have time to deal with that issue today" (an ongoing and chronic problem he treated me for just last week). I said "we have already talked about everything, and you are aware of my problem". I then asked, "so you need me to make another appointment to discuss this?'" and he said "yes". What I took away from the conversation was "we need more money from you". His double speak and what I perceived as patronizing attitude were offensive. If you are seeking a physician who cares about your well being, and safely and responsibly treating you with dignity and empathy, I would not recommend Dr. Glenn."

"If you like rude and incompetent office staff, but great Doctors, this is the place for you. In the past two months, they have missed FIVE appointments. When do they reschedule? When i showed up for my appointment. Zero communication before. Not even when i called in the day before to verify, the appointment was still on track. This has happened FIVE time in less then 60 days...... That being said, their medical staff is actually pretty great. Dr Wimmer is fantastic. Onsite labs is quite convenient. I gotta tell you, it feels great to miss half a day of work for zero reason."

"Once you I get past the rude office staff the staff in the back is great at least my nurse practitioner Amanda Butler is amazing! I would give her five stars! It's the first time in about five years that I've have a friendly practioner. She treated me with respect and dignity. She showed genuine concern for my health. I am so glad I found her. She respected the fact that I don't want to use a lot of pharmacuticals which is practically unheard of in this day and age! She was warm and acted like she was happy to meet me!"
