They are compassionate & caring, and work hard to find a way to help me integrate exercises into my regular routine, which is so important for helping people take responsibility for rehabilitation . "The staff at Central Coast Physical Therapy is the best! I had surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was very impressed with the precautions that were taken to insure my safety (as well as their's) during each visit. Karen, Charles, Amanda and Jen were very friendly/personable and courteous. Their knowledge and professionalism was outstanding! I enjoyed telehealth sessions when appropriate and the detailed instructions about each exercise. They were always cognizant about my health and well-being. After only four months, I was able to be discharged. "Discovering Central Coast Physical Therapy during COVID19 was truly the answer to my prayers. I injured my back and after two visits to a Chiropractor, several visits to a massage therapist and one visit to a natural doctor specializing in hip alignment, I still had considerable pain and loss of mobility. Karen Smith, PT, started me out with zoom sessions and later I received therapy on site at Central Coast Physical Therapy. Karen and the staff at Central Coast Physical Therapy were amazing and after 7 weeks I was back to normal.
