"Was coming here loyally for 3 years and had mediocre service. Claimed my PCOS I was diagnosed with can be solved by "good diet and exercise" as they were too lazy to prescribe me something to help it. Instead put me on meds to help with my insulin, and the meds did nothing to change the values. Went to another physician and got prescribed medication that's helped me live my life and actually have the energy to get out of bed in the morning. I was also charged $232 for an appt with Dr. Robinson that was for a referral. I showed up to my appt early and was escorted back to the room where I waited for 27 minutes (well past my appt time) with no nurses checking on me or updating me. I almost walked out. They "apologized" for the wait and then we had a conversation that lasted less than 7 minutes. After 3 months, I received a bill of $232 for that conversation, my insurance paid half and they ignored my phone calls disputing the total amount. I wanted to talk to them about how a 7 minute conversation could equal out to $232 but instead they chose to play phone tag with me and ignore my voicemails that clearly stated my schedule that I was available to talk. This place is a money grab and no doctor in the world is worth over $200 for 7 minutes of their time, when my work's break time was valuable and caused me to be late back to work. All that for a referral that she lied would be free, and now they sent me to collections because they would not answer my calls for the dispute. Do not come here."

"With everything this clinic has been through I can’t believe a few comments. Staffing issues started before Dr. Farley left. I came here to compliment Dr. Endo for being proactive in my care and basically as my husband said. “Dr. Endo saved your life.” Under all the stress and pressure she and her staff have been under in the last few years she continues to practice. She has been direct which l like. Dr. Endo and her staff can’t have a good day every day. They have been kind helpful and I haven’t had a rude person on the phone. I want to thank Dr. Endo for taking care of me when her life wasn’t easy. Bless you ❤️"

They don't hesitate to refer to specialists for more complex issues and the staff extremely responsive, even through the patient portal, which I would recommend using if you are already a patient there. In our opinion, worthy of five stars!"

"We've been a patient of West Lynn Family Health for the last 5 years. Ever since Dr. Endo has taken the practice over, everything has gone downhill. The time available to be seen, the front office report, and the quality of overall service. Trying to get an appointment there when you're actually sick is next to impossible and they simply refer you to see an urgent care facilitator. I even asked if I don't need to be seen in the next week or two, or even further out, when can I schedule an appointment? The answer, we're really short-staffed, you need to go to an urgent care. Not to mention how rude the lady was who called me about it. Made me feel like I wasn't even a patient, just some random person looking for a dr. First, we had to move our kids to find better care, and now both my wife and I decided to look elsewhere. It's sad."

"We have been patients at West Linn Family Health Center for around 5 years. Dr. Farley has delivered two of my three kids. I honestly can’t say enough good things about their practice. As a mom of young kids, the after hours care and Saturday hours are amazing! Any mom knows that kids tend to get sick and hurt after hours and on weekends. Unlike other practices in the area, the doctors take turns on call, so that you speak to an actual doctor in the practice vs. a nurse answering service. Dr. Farley also goes above and beyond for his patients. He has personally called to check on us and even recently had me meet him at his home to check my 1 year old after he had bumped his head before bedtime. I can’t recommend them enough!"
