He took the time to review medical history, listened attentively to my concerns, and ordered the appropriate tests to help diagnose what was going on. He explained in detailed (with pictures and xrays) what he saw and what next steps would be. His genuine concern sets him apart from other doctors that I have encountered. You can tell he really cares about people and what he does. He gets an A++. All doctors should be like him."

"My father in-law needs to have a knee replacement. His entire life has been put on hold as he can’t tend to his farm or daily duties. He’s a fairly active and in shape man. They scheduled him out in June (nearly 4 months from when he saw them)! He’s unable to advocate the way that he needs to because he’s in so much pain. The office has given him the run around - putting him on a “wait list” referred him back to his PCP for day to day support of pain management and the PCP referred him back to the Ortho. Furthermore he has only had an X-ray and I want to know how on earth could they claim that he needs a knee replacement without an MRI? They say they will call back and don’t. It’s become a game of goose chase and their care has been borderline neglect. He now has swelling in his other leg and after a call at 1pm today he still hasn’t had a call back at 5:15pm. They have neglected him the “standard of care” and as a result he may have issues occurring with his other leg. This has a direct impact to his business, daily living and emotional health. If you want compassionate, responsive and timely care I would recommend that you find care elsewhere!"

"I went to Dr Croy with pain behind my knee after missing a step off a step stool. He ordered an x-ray. The x-Ray showed no breaks. He did not manipulate my leg or knee during the exam. He asked where it hurt and when I told him behind my knee. He said there wasn’t anything there and to come back in 3 weeks if it still hurt. It turned out to be a torn meniscus and pulled hamstring after another doctor ordered an MRI. Dr Croy did nothing for me."
