"The office staff here is hit or miss with answering phones. You have a 50/50 chance of getting the rudest office person who will hang up on you before you are done asking questions. if you call the clinics number directly they will never answer the phone. Its better to call the hospital and be transferred to the department then you might speak to someone the same day."

"I have had nothing but the very best experience with Women's health. Been going there since 2019. They helped me in every possible way, and far beyond. I never doubted for a second that they didn't care about me during my pregnancy. ALL of the staff were very helpful, caring and comforting, through all the anxieties of pregnancy and everything else. I was lucky to bring my sweet rainbow baby in to the world with the help of these wonderful people."

"Please do not go here. I have had nothing but issues over the last month. I had an ectopic pregnancy this month and they made this a way more pain experience. Most of the time they are rude and very obviously don't communicate with one another. It is like pulling teeth to try to get them to help you with anything and when they mess up they make it seem like your fault. It will take them days to get back to you and and when you can't talk to somebody they do just a bare minimum for you. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else I would"

"Go any where else but Samaritan Women's Health. They do not return calls, they do not communicate with the patient or each other. Erica has put off the approval for my presciption for 3 weeks, a prescription she prescribed me herself originally because I couldn't keep fluids down and kept having to be hospitalized for dehydration. I'm 12 weeks pregnant and high risk. They had me call multiple places and have to dig to figure out what was happening with my prescription, and when I finally got ahold of someone, she told me they will bypass the approval. She said it had been sent back to a different pharmacy so they could just go ahead and send the approval when sending the prescription. They did not do that. I went to get my prescription and low and behold, it STILL needed approval. 3 weeks later. I've since switched over to Integrity Women's Health and told them about the bad practices at Samaritan. It turns out the doctor at Integrity actually left Samaritan to start his own practice because of the way they were caring for patients. HUH I wonder why. But they've been supportive and caring from day 1, I'm finally getting the care I need. They put in a prescription for my nausea and called my insurance that day to make sure it was approved. In 24hrs they did what Samaritan couldn't do in 3 weeks. But most importantly I feel heard at Integrity. I just did not have that experience with Samaritan at all."
