"Needed new glasses after nearly a decade of new prescription glasses, these folks quickly made a appointment for me and I was in and out with the new order for glasses within about 40 minutes or less. Thank you all who helped 11/15/23 Once my new glasses arrive and get adjusted so all is square. I will give the fifth star afterwards. ***Update*** after 34 days of waiting I am now wearing my new glasses. had a decent time with everyone there but me myself I may not return ever. but thanks for the help"

"I had an emergency and needed an eye check quickly. Got an appointment within the hour. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and discovered the cause quickly. She immediately organised the transfer to a medical center and got me the appointment two hours later. Everything went well. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thank you."

"UPDATE: Their response proves my point exactly. They have all my contact info yet they're always asking the customer to reach out to them. ORIGINAL: Pros: - Distance - People are nice Cons: - Takes a long time for them to get the right prescription. I had 3 trial lens before they got it right on the fourth try. I didn't mind this but it leads to con #2 - Terrible at communicating. I had to reach out to them multiple times to see if my trial lens were delivered. I call and half the time they don't pick up. Dr. Marybeth was great at responding by email until I paid for my final lens. If I don't reach out to them, nothing would happen. I waited a week for one of the trial lens before I found out that they've been there waiting for pick up. They've given me the wrong lens before. Just for my prescribed lens, I've reached out to them 4 times. - I've come in person only to find out that they're not open during business hours. No updates. No signs. - Came in during Nov or Dec of 2022 and didn't get my contact lens until the middle of Mar 2023. - I'm the type of person to read the documents before I sign them. One of the first thing they ask you to sign is that you received your prescription. I definitely did not sign that one and the receptionist seemed surprised. Rebecca said that since I "enjoyed" reading so much, to read some of the pamphlets she gave me. I thought that was rude. Overall, did not actually save any time or money"
