"No. Just NO!!! The allergist in the office does not listen and does not care. I do not feel like I can trust his diagnosis or his advice. There are signs about the office being a fragrance free facility, but that policy is not enforced. The entire practice is unprofessional. On the first visit I was told I was being prescribed a medication, but the prescription was never written and despite numerous follow up phone calls it still never happened. During the second visit the doctor took a lengthy personal call while I was in the room, interrupting our discussion. I will never go back."

"Dr. Larry Garbrell in Fantastic! He is very intelligent and thinks outside the box. He listens, cares, and loves problem solving. :) I have seen him Several times both in Newport and Albany over the past 3 years. I have seen 4 ENT doctors - regarding horrible sinuses and stuffy nose - all they all had different opinions on surgery for Turbinates and possibly septum so I was on a search. It my nose!! Dr. Garbrell has suggested things to help make my life more bearable with things I can do at home. He has a real twist on more natural approach. He has done surgery for someone son I know and changed that young man's life at 17 years old. Dr. Gambrell has a very good reputation here at the coast - I know this first hand. His Techs love learning from him and they told me how much they respect him. Office staff is great, and I had less than a 3 min.- wait. Always leave the appointment feeling great. Worth the 74 mile drive each way- for sure!! Highly recommend - Mid-Valley ENT and especially Dr. Larry Gambrell:)! D. Dalthorp"

"I really can't believe the negative reviews on here.... I have a ton of Ilnesses and see Dr's multiple times a week and this practice is in my top 3 of all time. 3 months cash pay at the mayo clinic, surrounded by fine art, isn't even on my list of favorite providers. This staff, including the doctors, believe in listening to the patient because they are most educated about themselves. Not talking about web MD self diagnosing but a patients capacity to learn all about thier conditions and bodies and that they know more than doctors about how their specific body responds to things. It was a moving experience for me to hear a doctor say "see, they don't teach that in medical school! These patients are so smart. They know their bodies!" to his assistant. Solid 5 stats from me for this practice."

"My experience with this office has caused nothing but negative effects in my life. They insisted I need a Deviated Septum Surgery, so I took their advice because they're doctors and "specialists." My surgery has created so much discomfort for myself, and disruption for my wife. When I visited the office to have my nose stints removed and check my progress, while waiting the doctor loudly proclaimed "let's speed through these appointments so we don't miss lunch." Me and the other gentlemen present were terrified. They called me back, ripped out my stints, and kicked me out without updates or questions. My insurance company thats attempting to pay for the operation has never received any response from the office at all. NONE. I'm disgusted with this office, and will be visiting another to correct what they did."
