"I was double billed for unnecessary appointments after a mistake on their office's part (called and told me not to schedule a hearing screen and then when I showed up for the appt asked where the results of the hearing screen were and they couldn't do anything until I did that). They billed me anyway and I tried numerous times to dispute the charge with no success."
