"I have had 2 good experiences there went in scheduled am appointment and showed insurance card with a migraine that would not go away medicine was prescribed as I didn't see primary until end of Jan 2024 then went in for antibiotics for a sinus infection feel better for sure staff was kind and concerned with symptoms I had."
"The staff are more concerned about having you swipe your card every 5min than actually helping the patient. There happy to keep taking the customers money with no results or beneficial advice. Seems like a scam"
"I had extreme ear pain so I made an appointment online for 8am Saturday morning. I showed up and nobody was there to help. Two more people showed up with appointments, one made some phone calls and was told we should expect a call to reschedule. I never received a call. I ended up going to Sherwood the next day."
"The two times I have visited, I have received the BEST care I have ever gotten from a medical facility. They show genuine concern for your well being. The nurse showed empathy for me with an issue I have been dealing with and told me her story of overcoming the same issue. The emotional support was way beyond the call of duty and much appreciated!"
