"I drove for 1 hour with my sick, 80 year old mother in law for an emergency room follow up visit and was turned away for being 18 mins late. I begged them to see her and offered to wait but they treated us like a time slot. I will have to go to urgent care or ER. Her blood pressure is sky high. Unbelievable!!"
