"It's sad when you feel like the doctors you are looking to, to help you be healthy or fix a problem you are having aren't even listening to you or treat you like you don't know what your talking about. like you don't know your own body and when something is wrong. when you are concerned and they appear to not already have their mind made up to do nothing. why would a doctor hear a patient say they have infection that is poisoning and making them I'll and do nothing. why would they down play the severity of it and act like you don't know what is going on with your own body. And it's not just at this doctor's office Unfortunately, it is pretty much known in the local community that if you have a history of drug or alcohol abuse in Tillamook county, the available health care professionals won't listen to you and in some cases let people die through not listening to the patient or offering lesser than the best available treatment because they have OHP that doesn't pay well and they are just destroying themselves anyway right? That is the feelings of myself and the local community. That's how I felt at this visit and almost every time I've been to the doctor in Tillamook county. Just because someone may have a problem, doesn't mean they want to be that way and doesn't mean they will always be that way. It definitely doesn't mean they deserve to not be heard or should receive subpar treatment from the local medical community. I honestly feel like if I rely on the medical professionals available locally I could die from something totally treatable due to their lack of concern and failure to act when I'm telling them something is not right . Their nonchalant treatments that have done nothing to diagnose or treat whatever is going on with me would not be acceptable for their family I'm sure. I have been to the local health offices. several of them over the last 2 years and almost nothing has happened. I still am having the same problems. They have suggested a different diagnoses if any every appointment. they can't all be right so I believe them mostly to be wrong. I can't believe that this is the healthcare available to me. im concerned. I might have to move so I don't die. I wish I had a better review to give. Unfortunately this is how I and numerous others in the community feel and it's not right."

"The reception ladies are super nice and sweet, so are the nurses and doctors. Especially Dr. Elizabeth batchelder, she is honestly the best doctor I've ever had. I've never had a doctor that's as caring, is very thorough with every visit, and just as nice as a person can possibly be. She's absolutely amazing, and really cares about her patients. Both me and my infant son have her as our primary doctor."

"Upon first going to this office i thought "wow this is the best health care provider along the coast hands down!" However it did not take long for this office to fall in line with the average. In fact it took just long enough for me to become "established" with them. If you are actually able to see or speak to a doctor i would recommend Dr. Welch (which is why i did more than two stars) his bedside manner is incredible, however you can expect to wait at least four days (and counting) for serious lab results that were promised to you three days prior."
