"The office staff, Dr. Finch, and Natasha did an amazing job! I felt seen, heard, and had a really pleasant experience with them. They participated in checking me in, updating my information, performing a women’s wellness checkup, and administering my COVID and flu vaccinations. These ladies were great. There was a woman that drew my blood, however, who very thinly veiled her disapproval of the COVID vaccine, and those who choose to get it. I do not need to be judged for my choices during a regular procedure. She was also disrespectful to her fellow office staff, and seemed to have a sense of entitlement that she was superior to her coworkers. She did a great job drawing my blood, but could have left her attitude at home."

"As usual the clinic on Mount Hood does not fail to impress. They have been our rock since 2005 and have only gotten better as the years go on. The urgent care option has really expanded options for locals. I was extremely sick and it's a comfort to go where I'm familiar and where it's close. The staff is always kind and accommodating."
