"This is the only disc golf course inside of the Roseburg city limits. Over the years it has progressed downhill as far as atmosphere and is now dominated by homeless people and people smoking and drinking. The local disc golfers try their best to keep the course clean and it looks like they do a good job. There is panhandling going on sometimes at some of the benches. It's a pretty easy short course and is good for a quick round of disc golf."
