"I work with Rebecca Cambell as my peer support specialist and I couldnt be happier. She is so professional, knowledgeable and caring. She helps me with the best of her ability and always has positive feedback. I dont know what I would do without her support. She is a genuinely kind person who I adore and can thank the lucky stars that she came into my life as a helping hand. I highly recommend her at Virginia Garcia."

"Never thought I would leave a disappointing review here but I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. Not only cause this is supposedly a "care place" , but of how uncaring the providers are here. Not sure who will see this message but I'm going to let anyone who does know DO NOT GO HERE!! Not only have they scheduled me incorrectly when I've told them what days I'm available, they give you attitude and schedule when THEY want not when YOU can as a patient. I've heard so many bad reviews on VG but now I'm even leaving a bad review myself. I've had nothing but bad experiences here. I went in for a rash I got on my breast and they gave me an ointment to cure it and it's made it completely worse. I even tried scheduling an appointment for it but they schedule me wrong. The ointment has only made my breast worse and it's been painful yet they don't seem to care AT ALL. I bought a drugstore antibiotic and it actually has cured my breast more than what they gave me. That's how bad this place is, they don't even give you the right treatments. Never going here ever again complete disappointment."

"After losing our long-time primary care Doctor to another state we found a doctor who would take us at the Virginia Garcia clinic in Cornelius. I did have a problem at the beginning to get call backs after being put on their wait list. Had to call back several times and be persistent. Finally got appointments for both of us with Dr Gale. This clinic is amazing. It’s so clean, all the people from the front desk to Dr Gale’s nurse were caring, helpful and efficient. Dr Gsle is attentive, caring, thorough and spot on with his diagnosis. We are so thankful to have found a wonderful doctor at a wonderful clinic. I really don’t understand all the negative reviews."

"I have always have had perfect care with Dr. Jacob's. She has seen me for 25 plus years. Today though they had me assigned to Dr. Troy Alexander, she is the absolute worse doctor ever. I have filed complaint I was supposed to have in person appointment they changed it to phone appointment. She was pissed that once relay transferred are calls together our appointment time was supposed to be up. First thing she says was well our appointment is up and she did not treat me for my ear infection she spent 3 min on phone did nothing but complained about how she is working from home taking care of her sick child. I pay for treatment for my ear not for you to take care of your sick child. Not ok. I will refuse to pay for no service and refuse for them to bill my insurance."

"If I could give zero I would. ABSOLUTE WORST RECEPTIONISTS EVER. I have been coming here since I was 7 and I am now 20. And ever since I started coming here my parents and I have had issues trying to get appointment’s scheduled because they never answer the calls and never call back. The doctors are amazing and always have been. But the receptionists have always been terrible. And half of the time they don’t even know where to direct you for help, or how to help you with what you need."
