"Let me just say, Dr. Mo is AMAZING! She is one of maybe two people in the entire clinic I have been pleased with and felt heard, understood and well taken care of by. She has a large knowledge and approach to many issues and is willing to support you through your health journey. Otherwise, over the phone and checking in staff is not overly helpful, not well at listening to what you have to say and not great at communicating with you as the patient. I was seen for an issue today and it started with me being told I couldn't be seen because I was 20 minutes after my check in time (it was 4:45 and my appointment was at 5:00). She said that I wss supposed to check in for paperwork. I explained that I was not a new patient and just filled out paperwork the last time I came and I was not told to show up early. She then said well, if you cant fill out your paperwork in a reasonable time then she would have to reschedule me. I proceeded to nicely explain that wouldn't work for me and that I was not told to check in early and I had an urgent matter I needed addressed prior to the holiday. Long story short, I get in to see a primary care doctor (I was originally scheduled with a specialist) and the primary care doctor talked down to me, told me to Google stuff such as "what makes womens periods abnormal" and "what are iron rich foods". I felt like I was not given the time of day, did not get much support and found myself in the bathroom after my appointment crying because I just didn't know what to do and couldn't believe what had just happend. There is more to the story than that but point being, I adore Dr. Mo but I will more than likely be switching to a different practice entirely."
