"I have been reading some negative reviews that I simply refuse to believe given my experience. There’s two sides to every story. Unfortunately, we only seem to hear one side on the Internet. With that said, I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this clinic and with Dr. Echelberger."

"I went to the Adventist Health clinic and found the folks there to be amazingly helpful and kind. The PA I saw was wonderful, got a prescription and all is well. I would always go back there. oh, and they saw me right away! Thank you Hope and Julie."

"Took my very disregulated and very sick toddler to Urgent care today as her RSV symptoms have gotten worse.. just following guidance from her primary care and seaside hospital. I didn't expect to leave there feeling worse than when we went in. Admittedly at my wits end and overly sensitive, I left in tears because of our experience their. I don't believe this person was intentionally unkind however I think it's important to know that first impressions are impactful. When the physician entered the room abrasively asking basically what we wanted followed by "you know it's a virus right and there is nothing we can do" and then suggests my toddler has too many blankets on her which isn't good if she has a fever... I just burst into tears. That wasn't helpful or kind and certainly not the type of care I was hoping for. I let the lady know that my daughter is autistic and those blankets are her comfort. She was having a sensory meltdown and was feeling poorly, taking her blankets off of her that she wanted was the least of my worries. Never good to assume anything, lady.. If she would have taken a few minutes to greet us and let me talk she might have learned those things. And she also wouldn't have hurt my feelings and made me feel stupid for being there. I didn't need that. She did a nice job trying to redeem herself after I started crying and told her that I didn't appreciate her greeting. She offered me a few tips to help with my daughter's symptoms that I didn't already know. Which is the reason I went in, besides making sure her oxygen and lungs were okay. I needed some help. I just think it's important to have this feedback. After all, this is a small community we all live and work in. It's even more important to be kind to each other and help one another handle adversities."

"My wife and I, both seniors, were exposed to COVID-19. We went to the Urgent Care Center outside Manzanita for tests. The Clinic's front desk ladies, noting our distress, were extremely caring and calming in arranging our testing. The technician who administered the tests was thorough in explaining the test procedures, and with a demeanor that also reduced our stress. It's really nice to know we have a medical facility with such an impressive staff in our neighborhood. Paul H Manzanita, OR"

"My NP left in January. She was my husband's as well. He immediately tried to find another but they had no one. They finally made an appointment for him with a new provider but then canceled it. He finally got an appointment for next month. I've been watching him and told him that when he actually gets an appointment I will make mine. Now my blood pressure meds have expired and I tried to make an appointment only to be told that the provider wouldn't be here until next month I should call then. I explained about my expired meds and the scheduling person went offline to see if someone would renew until my appointment but she was told to tell me, "Your provider has been gone since January. You've had plenty of time to get another. Now you'll have to come in to Urgent care and whatever provider is here at that time." The rudeness is breathtaking."
