"Just waited an hour and a 1/2 on hold and I literally walked across the parking lot in there to see why they wouldn't answer and the lady was sitting in there doing absolutely nothing refusing to answer my phone call."

"If I could give them a zero I would! Took some family members to coast and stopped to eat in Cannon Beach. My brother is a diabetic and almost always carries all the supplies needed with him, but as we sat down before ordering when he realized he had forgotten his needles. We thought no problem we noticed this clinic so, he walked down told them his situation and could he possibly buy couple needles from them. They were so disrespectful to him and told him they didn't have any needles he could buy. He not being from the area he asked where the the nearest pharmacy was so he could buy some. They said they didn't know (WHAT???) I knew there was a Safeway in Seaside so we headed there. My brother told them his situation and they said yes they'd help him and gave him 5 needles but, only needed 1. Safeway saved the day. Sorry my family had to see the snootyness of clinic."

"Why is it that on more than one occasion my experience with this Clinic is that they cannot help me? I have tried to provide information about my mother's care there (89 yo), once a summary of a visit with a provider outside their office (mail returned to me), and the second time regarding the Oregon Advanced Directive? I arrived with a electronic copy, but they couldn't accept that, So, I guess I have to leave, go back to Utah, and try to mail them a paper copy. Pretty stupid. I hope they don't have a monopoly on Medical Care in this area."
