Sav-On Pharmacy

"I know this complaint is probably for all the pharmacies nowadays, but I had knee surgery less than 2 weeks ago and called them last night to see if my refill of Oxycodone 5mg was ready for my son to come and get before they close. They had almost an hour before they closed. I explained to her that I was completely out because of the weekend. She put her hand over the phone to talk to the pharmacist and when she came back she said, no, they will be ready tomorrow. Almost an hour before closing?? So, I wait until the next day when they open and called again. She said that they were about to fill it and to call back in the afternoon. Now, I know all about the opioid problem, but I Just had knee surgery, I'm not some druggie on the streets. I know people don't care anymore, but I think this was just downright cruel."

"By far the worst pharmacy in town. Arrogant, rude, staff who do not care about patients. The Pharmacists are very adversarial with medical providers! Stay away from this place."

"Lines are always long bc they never have more than 1 tech checking people out. Forget about getting help via phone. After a 40 minute wait in line, I’m told they have to order my med. I found out they’d had the script for 3 days & they blamed my Dr’s office. I had an acute health issue & really needed it filled. I come back 24 hours later & only to be told I need to go find a pharmacy that can get actually get the med. When i do this hours long task, i wait in line for the third time to ask why they haven’t released the script to the other pharmacy. The managing pharmacist, Ishmael, swore he sent it & blamed the other pharmacy. The next day i go back a 4th time & ask another pharmacist to Please Make Sure the fax goes through this time. She sticks with it until getting confirmation that it went through. Without going into detail, a similar situation occurred for another med. So i had 8 trips, all that involved 30min + waits to get 2 prescriptions. Both my Dr’s office & new pharmacy told me they’d had a lot of issues with Allen Creek Sav-On. There are a few polite people behind the counter, but half of them are incredibly rude & could care less about their customers’ needs. The manager, Ishmael, has No people skills & others follow suit, especially the female tech with short Creek hair. Overall, there was no concern that i was preop. & had limited time to use these meds. More than the worst pharmacy in Grants Pass; this this the worst pharmacy I’ve Ever been to. Shameful."

"They always make excuses as to why meds are not ready,and they try to close early and go to lunch and come back late!They try to close early too,and they shut down the drive through which used to help a little bit.When you try to call they don’t answer or when they do they leave you on hold for excessive amounts of time!Sometimes they even hang up on you or give you major attitude!My Doctors office can’t even get through on the phone to adjust prescriptions,etc.They are very,very unprofessional and I would not advise going to this pharmacy."

"Been to many pharmacy’s. This one is by far the worst. Told me 3 times my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes to no avail. Told me a 4th time they put an urgent notice on it and it would be ready in….. 30-45 minutes. Lies. I call today they say it’s in processing it will be ready in 30 min. I show up, they have a prescription that has been ready for months, but not THE ONE IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET! If I could rate 0 stars I would. The lady on the phone was also very rude to my fiance"
