"If you want no help and absolutely no Medical advice, this is a perfect place to visit if your sick. About all they are good for is maby a cup of water and judgement. Might as well go anywhere else."

"I had such a positive dental experience at this clinic. Starting with scheduling my appointment, then having to reschedule. The nice lady who helped me set the appointment on the phone could not have been more patient or kind. She continued to be when I checked in for my first visit, and asked her a LOT of questions about costs and billing procedures. You have to love it when someone is cheerful and seems to actually enjoy their work. So appreciated! The young woman who brought me into the office and took the X-ray was professional, thorough, and friendly. Dr. Innes was wonderful. Explained the results, gave me treatment options, answered my questions, and I felt confident I'll be in good hands when I come back in. They are booking appointments pretty far out. But the reason I came to Cave Junction for the appointment was because it was almost twice as long to get into see a dentist in Brookings, IF you can find one taking new patients. The drive to and from Cave Junction through the forest was beautiful. Lots of places to stop with beach access on the river. I had packed a lunch and my swimsuit so I could take advantage of it on the way back."

"I have O.H.P. and here is my experience. The previous dentist, who is now retired, was AWESOME, as was her staph. Wouldn't it have been great if she could have been there to ease in the new dentist and maybe pass down some of the skills and attitudes that made her GREAT to the new dentist. One thing I perceived about her was that she recognized each person she engaged, weather patient or staff, with great value and treated them very kindly and respectfully."

"This clinic is Absolutely Useless. Paid $250 this morning for my husband to be briefly looked at and immediately told they couldn’t do anything for him. No diagnostics performed, female provider just said that he would need to have the cyst surgically removed elsewhere. Update: He went to another provider who excised the cyst, stitched him up, and started him on antibiotics as part of that initial appointment. All for less than the SCHC cost to simply be told it was a cyst."

"Just go to the Grant Pass office. They got the D team running the cave junction office. Dont get me wrong reception and scheduling is great but last appointment the doctor didnt even show. AND for the love of god avoid their dentist unless you just want a piece of leather to bite on for post extraction care. The dentist is a sadist. Even after trying it her way without anything for post extraction pain i suffered for 3 days.I let that be known this time and thought everything would be taking care of. They subscribed me ibuprofen. We get it. DOCTORS made some bad decisions and turned the country into junkies for a dollar but to not give actual pain meds for removing parts of your body is just ridiculous. i was up all night in pain. It didnt need to happen. The thing that makes me so mad is i exclusively used this health center since they open. I have had pain meds subscribed on only TWO occasions in 7 years and both were extractions. Not anymore! People go to doctors to alleviate suffering not extend it!"
