"Looks like better get a raft in this place need any helpers I grounds keep or life guards lol. I'm kidding but really call this the floating RV park."
"It's a beautiful park. As a former long term guest at the park, I can honestly say that the rules constantly change. Short-term guests have more l leway. When it comes to making a payment they removed their card payment option. They also no longer accept SNAP benefits at the little store. The laundry facilities are no longer coin op, and require a card. In the back part of the park, it floods every year."

"Great place to stay for your stay or for long term. Quiet. Laid back in the trees and (depending on your spot) not a lot if highway noise. Nestled closer to Winchester Bay and its beaches and about 2 miles away from Reedsport."
"First thing, Lady at check in is very nice! Our 39' toy hauler 5th wheel we could not navigate into our site, SOME branches had been cut but 2" branch was scraping top. Roads are narrow & not enough room to navigate. Lady very nice when told & assigned a different site. ADVISE: If you have a bigger rig walk the site 1st."
