"We had a delightful stay at The Setting Inn. Mel, the general manager, went above and beyond in allowing us to use the barn lounge to play catch-up with our college kids who we were visiting. The accommodations were fabulous—the bed super comfortable, the heated bathroom floor a luxurious surprise. Thanks again for such an amazing stay. We will definitely be back!"

"We had this place booked b/c The Allison was full for the last night of our stay. We heard some negatives from 2 different local vineyard owners so we read the reviews, and we drove by and decided it wasn't for us. We called and they said, "no problem, you can cancel, you won't be charged". Got home and of course we were charged. Now they site "policy". Not good business. Had they told us we couldn't cancel we likely would have stayed there, not sure when you consider the other reviews that site smelly sheets, morning noise, etc etc. At any rate, I can't speak to actually staying there, that would be lying but I can say that you should be 100% committed b/c if they get your card, it will be charged."

"It would be a solid 4 stars if it wasn't for the main Suite. Located directly under the working quarters your morning begins at 7:30am sharp with foot steps, drawers slamming, and occasional singing. The singing part was okay, it just would have been nice to have the opportunity of waking up peacefully our own."

"This is a gorgeous luxury inn located in the heart of the wine region. It's a convenient drive to the wineries--too many to see in one visit. Breakfast is delivered to your door every morning; it's fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to your day. A Nespresso coffee machine is in your room, so you can have your coffee as soon as you wake up. Our room was appointed with all high-end products, the grounds were immaculately groomed, and the patio was perfect for sitting and sipping. My two favorite parts of the inn were the water fountain on the patio and the moss garden wall in the barn. What sets this inn apart, however, are the inn-keepers Vince and Fabio. They met us upon arrival, carried our bags up stairs to our room, and continued to make sure we were happy during our stay. They are truly gifted and fun hosts! Thank you, Vince and Fabio for making our stay in the Setting Inn the best ever!"
