Schooner's Cove Inn

"Our family visits every summer and we love it! Great location… you can walk to get ice cream, go to lunch, or do a little shopping. The rooms are clean and the kitchenette allows you to eat in as well. The grounds are spruced up each morning and the ocean front views with your own private seating area perfection."

"We have been coming out to Cannon Beach since the early ninety’s and it has always been special to us. I can’t say how many times we have stayed here but it’s several. There have been times we stayed four or five days. Some of my group canceled so I switched from two nights to one with a smaller room. We got a junior suite on the third floor which was 493$ in February. Which is twice or more what we paid the last time we were here in 2021. And no there wasn’t a price drop then due to the current issues it had remained consistent as we were coming regularly at that point. Now it’s to expensive. they don’t let you in until four and you have to be out by eleven. We did get to see the room though. I don’t mind the dated room and that the fireplace didn’t work because the location is the best near anywhere. But it’s finally gotten to be to crowded and expensive. Years back we moved our trips out from summer to winter to keep it enjoyable, but now it’s time to move on."

"We've stayed at Schooner's Cove Inn about 6 times, including last week. As usual the staff was friendly and helpful, the beds are great, love the gas fireplace. Weird I think that our room (king studio) didn't have a refrigerator, but it was cold enough outside to store beverages. As an added bonus one morning we had two male elk right in front our unit just grazing, and finally walking back down the beach."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved that we had an Ocean view with a small Balcony with private beach access. I also loved the fireplace! The room was Mostly clean except for some Minor areas like the kitchen (fridge handles were gross so I Cleaned them myself). It was also a Little dated but the Location made up for it!"

"We stayed in a room with direct access to the beach and it was so wonderful and cozy. You can watch the waves from bed! The kitchen is stocked with the basic necessities. The tub is deep and perfect for a bath. You can also reserve the hot tub for 30 minutes and that is lovely. The chairs are a little uncomfortable and tight for larger bodies, but that's my only complaint and really not a huge deal. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. We will definitely return!"
