"Violates ADA, fires caring employees who are struggling with their own mental health - though it was not affecting their job. What an a** backwards place to be. Hope she find somewhere better to work and sues! -sincerely you’re viral on TikTok."

"Both my fiance and I have gone here for counseling. I went through several therapists due to them leaving or getting promoted and had to keep starting over every few weeks. My fiance had the same therapist for over two years until she was having a bad day and told my fiance he was treating me as a doormat and manipulating me to get what he wAnted regardless of my feelings. We both told her she was wrong and she raised her voice even more saying she was completely right about our relationship. Going to school and have my Masters in Psychology but will not work there because of the way they treat people I want my clients to trust me and feel comfortable and safe to talk to me. Won't get that there."

"I do keep an open mind, optimistic mostly. I tried to give this a chance. Turns out, this place isn’t all that cracked out to be. I wasn’t impressed with Marcie, or her comments. I believe these people are programmed to say and do things a certain way and gather “facts” for someone else. I don’t trust them, or like any of these people. You don’t make accusatory statements towards someone, and brush them off because you’re out of time. She said, “Let’s not pick on her.”(My daughter) because she had her cellphone taken away. That’s not picking on her Marcie. It’s a privilege, not a right to have a cellphone. Is it illegal? Who says I have to provide a cellphone to my minor child? Just wow. Poor planning, and poor communication. This woman will start drawing circles on her notepad while you’re trying to explain why you choose not to give your child a cellphone. They will undermine your parenting, and disrespect you. I don’t deserve to be treated that way. It adds to the stress. It didn’t, and isn’t a safe place to talk to someone who claims to have your best interest at heart. It shouldn’t be like this. It’s wrong, and no wonder these people really can’t be trusted. They really don’t have their facts straight. They also pick sides, and aren’t neutral like they should be. It’s shameful. They are like Surrogates. Henry David Thoreau “If I knew for a certainty that a man was coming to my house with the conscious design of doing me good, I should run for my life.”"

"I feel as though I’m receiving a great service through this medical experience. The staff is very friendly and is able to address serious issues, it is sometimes a bit of a wait to make an a appointment, but the crisis center is always available or the crisis hit line. If I didn’t have to change Doctors every year because they move through that would feel better, but I receive superior service all the same."
