"Over the weekend I had the misfortune of dropping my phone in the street right in front of cigars on 7th , I was panicked as we all know buying a new phone is expensive and as a college student this is an expensive I wasn’t ready to handle. Kelly Desisto, the owner found my phone and was kind enough to send it back to me free of charge! Anyone who’s kind enough to not only take the time of their day to return someone lost item , but also refuse my offer of payment for it is a gold star in my eyes. Kelly is a legend and a lovely kind soul! I don’t smoke cigars but if I ever wanted to or needed to purchase some for a gift this is the number one place I would go to! "I never been into a cigar shop before, but my fiance loves a good cigar with a scotch. I figured what is the best gift for his birthday a nice cigar to go with his scotch. We went into cigars on 7th and I was just blown away by the gentleman who help us and his knowledge of cigars. The gentleman who worked there asked a few questions and recommended a perfect cigar. The attention to detail and the care of packaging up our purchase was just amazing. I can't wait for the next trip in for a fine cigar"

Was all put nicely in a bag with a humidifier packet to keep fresh. And came with little pack of wood matches. It's businesses like this that make you want to keep coming back. "Today May 8th, I had the pleasure of going into Cigars on 7th. I went in with a specific request, looking for a 2 jet cigar lighter with a punch because I'd recently lost mine and it was a daily use lighter, my favorite of course. The guy behind the counter (didn't grab his name but it may have been Kelly) knew exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately said they didn't carry those types of lighters. He then pulled his own personal lighter from his pocket and said one like this right? I said "yeah exactly just like that one"... a moment went by and he tossed it across the counter to me and said you can have mine. I was a bit set back as it's just not common for a cigar smoker to let alone share thier nice lighter but to give it to you. I was so very grateful I replied with "well i better buy a cigar now" and he even guided me to a light wrapper full bodied cigar that has a great flavor. I'll definitely swing by again on my next trip to Eugene. Great guy, Great service and Great selection of Cigars."
