"If you rent a UHaul from them, make sure you inspect with your own eyes the zip ties that hold the extra per use/extra fee equipment. (Hand truck and moving blankets.) BEFORE AND AFTER renting the truck. I was naive and just took the key and returned the key to a guy in the lot. I was charged a bogus $10 blanket fee and we never broke the zip ties indicating they were used. But since I didn't ask them to inspect the truck in my presence before and after, I have to pay $10 for blankets that we never used in a zip tie that we never broke. I'm sure they're not lying about the tie being broken, but it must have been broken or loose or something before we rented the truck. We didn't touch that thing, period. But ah, no proof."

"I brought my higher end lawn mower in for a repair when I couldn't get it started after sitting for the winter. I was told it would be 2 weeks for them to look at it. At 2 weeks I called to check in, and they couldn't find my mower! After some time they called me back, telling me it was just under the wrong name and had not had a chance to look at it yet. Fast forward an hour later I get a call saying the mower needs several repairs totaling well over $300, and they recommend just parting it out (which they offered to let me leave for them to do). Seeing all the used mowers for sale out front, I felt like something was fishy about this! I picked up the mower instead and took it to the south end repair guy who had it up and running in MINUTES! the mower needed a new air filter....that's why it wouldn't start! He did some other repairs to help it run smoother (a bolt was missing so it was rattling somewhere). I left paying him $65 my mower fully running 30 minutes from thinking I was going to drop off with him!"

"Took my mower in on a Monday because it was dying from the weekend mow. I didn't get a service receipt or any kind of info on how I should be able to claim the unit later.. like how do they know it belongs to me? I called after one week they said that they weren't able to get to it yet... Totally understandable I get it. Called Thursday of the following week see if there was any progress response was that they were going to get to it soon.. again understandable. I received a call Friday at 4:00 p.m. saying it was ready. I went down to pick it up had to loaded myself after I started it to make sure it was running. $140 I paid for them to hold it for 2 weeks and then do a rushed job of just putting some fuel stabilizer in the tank to get it running because the same symptoms persisted and they didn't change the air filter I requested. I'm reasonable but I just didn't have a great experience here."

"Slow, expensive, and rude. Stay away! Gave them my all terrain mower to fix the tranny. Sat in their lot untouched for 4 weeks. They finally ordered parts and it took another 4 weeks for me to get it back. At that point they charged me $634 for a tune up and the repair. They had estimated 4-6 weeks and said they'd try to keep it under $600. They also said they would be sure to have it done in time so I could use it on an upcoming job. I had to rent equipment because they were so late. Showed no care at all. Gave me no discount at all to make up for the delay or my cost of renting equipment. And they returned it to me dirty after telling me they'd clean it. Also found it to be a pretty minimal tune up and it barely ran. Horrible customer service, slow and frustrating."
