"This is a great Sally's for the customer service I received, packaging and handling of my products they came to me in a timely manner I'm happy for that however I'm not happy with the products themselves. This is what happened after bleaching and then dying with ion permanent hair color, I have never had this horrendous attempt at coloring happened to my hair ever. My husband and I were supposed to be shades of the I'm still brass with a bit of red and he's just as white as he was before we started coloring except for the tuft of pink in his beard, seriously not happy with the products"

"I needed only one type of item, fine grade emery boards, which I could not locate at big box stores. Sally's had them although the supply was a bit low. It appeared that some other items in the nail line were also in short supply. Beyond that I did not look around at anything else."
