"I'm new to Cottage Grove and have been impressed by the friendliness. Until this chevron. I'm a 54 yr old grandma, stopped at 625 this morning. The door was locked, apparently the employee was pumping 1 guys gas, he didn't say anything to me til I walked to the f AR. When I told him I had to pay inside he said it would be awhile. While I stood in the cold and he stood at the pump. When he finally unlocked the door to wait on me he was horribly rude. Then he stopped my gas and said the rest would go on Mt card. I'm calling the police for theft."

"Angel, (☆☆☆☆☆) one of the motor fuel dispensary agents that works here, I feel deserves special mention because she really empathizes with your troubles and goes out of her way to help people she's never met. That is getting too uncommon in the customer service world these days.. We need more Angels in this world! She truly goes above and beyond. Some places make me feel like I am interrupting their business, not the purpose of it. Thats not the case with this place. ☆☆☆☆☆ BTW, Most Chevrons honor Safeway(Albertsons too?)gas rewards."
