"Regardless of the reviews this was the ONLY gas station I’ll go to in Eugene. I’ll travel from Springfield just to come to this one. Today I pulled in to where they have servers who pump your gas. The the tall white skinny guy with the huge bump on the left side of his face ignored me and pumped everyone else gas that pulled up after me. There was even a moment when no other care pulled up for gas and he stood in front of my vehicle chilling on the pole and didn’t even attempt to come my way. I went in the store to Make a complaint. And left because I REFUSE to get ignored and deal With horrible customer service when I’m Giving y’all business. This was actually the first time dealing with this since I been working in Oregon and actually been at this gas station because I don’t go anywhere else for gas bc I always love their good customer service but this was it! I went down the street to 76 and there customer service was BEAUTIFUL. They pumped my gas and I had NO issue! & that’s where I’m going moving forward. And it’s a shame if they will still allow for him to work there. I’m Not the first black person who will go there for gas and I’m sure I won’t be the last! It’s 2023! Get the racism out of your system!"

"I like the prices in this station. Some of the staff shows courtesy, but the one that I interacted with the other day told me it was $3 to get my receipt. I wasn’t sure if he was kidding or not, so I just asked for a free receipt, then he said to go inside the store to get a free receipt. When I went there to fill up a couple days later, a different man offers me my receipt without telling me to go inside. To confirm if it cost anything, I asked him if I had to pay for it, and he said no, the receipt just printed right outside where you fill up with your car. Giving this place a 1 star for someone working there trying to con me $3 for a free receipt, then sending me inside to get one because I refused to give him the $3."

"I travel the I5 corridor often and stop in Eugene to see friends. I needed gas and decided to stop at Space Age. I’m not a fan of public restrooms at all but knew I had a 5 hour journey ahead of me and didn’t want to turn around and drive 20 minutes to my friends house. I scoped out the bathrooms and they were impeccable. No issues at all. Got snacks while the gas was being pumped, got friendly service all around and was back on the road in no time. Even got my windshield washed which is rarely heard of these days!!! This will be my go to Gas Station when I’m in the area. 10/10 recommend"

"I'm only rating this 5 stars for one person only. Shane had by far been the best employee there. He's respectful, fast paced, and made me feel comfortable being there. As for the 2 guys inside not sure if the 2nd one was even an employee but his eyes were blood shot red and the person behind the counter was talking about how much anger he has inside and just made it weird and uncomfortable. Should definitely look into hiring more people like Shane, maybe even let Shane be in charge of who gets hired because at least he gets the job done."
