"Coming into the parking lot, I was so relieved to see that there were parking spots reserved just for Aiyana clients ~ that’s HUGE with limited space downtown. Then walking in to the office ~ it was calming & soft, and so welcoming. When I got to reception, she was so sweet, kind & professional! Next stop was Rebecca’s room and the calming welcome extended to this room too. Rebecca answered all of my “100 questions” and I never felt judged ~ only that she was ready to help me with my needs. Rebecca, Alejandra & Monica were absolutely wonderful & informative and made sure that I was never in any pain. Thank you for making my first time in facial esthetics one that was outstanding!"
