"Love the employees here! My mom lives across the street and I'm a regular. From Caleb, to Donald, to Marcus, Marvella, to Susana La Reina! everyone. My man Scott too! And everyone else, who is employed did I forgot to mention the OG Kevin with the luscious blonde locks! Anyways, their customer service always exceeds expectations and are truly kind, compassionate and good people. I look forward to seeing them each time I come in. They rule! "This is a bit of a heads up here folks. I've already contacted corporate about this matter and am waiting a reply. As some to many might know there is a bottle collection area at this Jackson's. Which is awesome it makes recycling more accessible to those in urban areas. The only flaw is that there is no signage specifying that they only let you refund $2.40 per person, per day. This is highly Unprofessional and has probably swindled more than just me out more than just a $1.60"

"Everyone at the store is usually cool. I have no problems with the employees, but I do have a problem with the corporate division of this company. They are no longer going to carry faygo soda pop at their stores here in eugene oregon. So in all honesty the likely hood of me shopping at Jackson's has gone way down, because it's not in my area of town. It was always a trip for faygo when I would shop at Jackson's. So without faygo I see no reason to shop at the Jackson's in my town. But perhaps if I'm somewhere out of town I may shop at a Jackson's. But it will no longer be my faygo destination. Thank you I enjoyed your faygo while it lasted. And if anyone from corporate sees this, BRING BACK FAYGO!!! WHOOP WHOOP"

"The cashier, Maddy, was very nice and patient with me. We bought lots of items for our trip to Coos Bay."

"Extremely rude staff, treated my partner like dirt beneath their feet because they "shopped too long". Tried to kick them out several times while they were on the phone with me helping me get food because I can barely walk. My partner is also disabled and had to wait on a cab so our icecream was melting, and they were asked to put it in the freezer while they waited. Scott and other staff declined my partner in a rude way then refused to return the icecream. I called staff to try to resolve because my partner was so frustrated with being treated badly and they immediately shut me down when I mentioned the icecream, gave me their name and repeatedly told me to call their manager at 6am. Scott and the other worker were unprofessional and unkind."
