"This weekend my boyfriend’s daughter was feeling like her ski boots were hurting her so we stopped in to NA Sandy to see if she needed to go up a size or if there was some other issue; James was extremely helpful and informative. He took the time to measure her feet and said she was actually in the right size boot, it was just too stiff for her. They didn’t have anything in stock that was right for her but he was able to adjust her current ski boots to work for her for now. Will definitely check the Portland store too but we were very pleased with James’ care and attention."

"Left my hiking shoes at home in Washington. Stopped at multiple places that did not have hiking shoes. Swung into Next Adventure-Sandy at 4pm and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Only a few selections on shelf due to season change over however staff went to the basement and found more styles to look at. Nailed it. They had perfect color, my favorite brand (Keens) and the size I needed for my big feet. Hiking in mount Hood saved. And to top it off they offered a little discount! Would shop here again and highly recommend to others."
