"Absolutely fantastic massage by Amanda today, a perfect combination of deep tissue (some tense areas I didn't even know needed work!) and relaxation. She is definitely the most talented massage therapist I've ever seen. One less star because of the woman with red hair at the front desk who was incredibly hostile and rude, and put a damper on my relaxed state & caused a super stressful interaction. I would go back for Amanda, but hesitate due to the fact that I may have to interact with the front desk person in the future. She was patronizing to both Amanda and me, and degraded Amanda right in front of me at checkout "some of us here apparently don't know what they're doing!" Also indicated that my last name was too difficult and strange for her to enter into the system and proceeded to attempt to pronounce it with a mocking accent (sorry my last name isn't Smith). Yikes!"
