"Great store. Well organized, which meant I was able to find a lot of what I was looking for. They've done the work of sorting and organizing so I could ask for specific things and they'd pull down a bin with just what I was looking for. I realize that with such a huge variety of inventory pricing and labeling must be a challenge, I would appreciate more clarity / upfrontness about what pieces are going to cost. Granted, they were open to negotiation and allowed some wiggle room with easy haggling. Overall, a great store and experience. *For reason, Google isn't allowing me to give more than 2 stars when trying to Post. I'd like to assign 5!"

"Love this place. I do go often, but they're always on point. They do inflate prices a little bit, but only a bit. So small it frequently makes it worthwhile to pay the extra few bucks and get it now versus getting it as cheap as possible online in four or five days or more."

"I love this store! This is our 4 year old grandsons favorite place to go to get his new toys. The staff is friendly and very helpful when it comes to helping us pick out our next set to build together. Love it when you can go into a store and watching how they interact with each customer. This is hard to find in today day & age."

"Edit after response, in parentheses: I don't hate this location, but it's definitely not for me. Be weary when buying individual elements (these are examples, not all specific experiences) barrels, animals, bushes, ect.. There isn't a consistent price scale,(my experience was mostly with different colored crates/buckets being different prices) and I have been overcharged, two out of the three times I been in. Post response: That was an insulting, and unnecessarily passive-aggressive response. To reaffirm, this B&M is not for me, but I'm sure it's great for some. Being told prices for items, and then not having the total reflect those prices is not a matter of "feeling". There should be a tally of items/prices after everything has been added and/or removed. Am I as the customer expected to keep track of your prices (like the different colors costing more)? Should I bring pen and paper to inventory and cross-reference what I'm paying vs. what I'm getting? What I do "feel", is that the attitude of the only employee I have interacted with every time, has an affect that matches the simple mistakes. Not "bad", but not very invested either."

"Helpful staff and great selection. I was looking for a particular Lego piece, so I contacted the store to see if they had the piece in stock. The staff responded very quickly via email to let me know they had it in stock. Staff were also very helpful when I went into the store to get what I needed. The store has a great selection of bulk classic and technic Lego. Also a wide variety minifigs. The store also has some Lego kits, Lego storage, and flat bases. The entrance to the store is on the interior of the Cedar Hills mall. It is not visible from the parking lot."
